Something to Stew On
Our “ends and pieces” are a true example of Yankee frugality. We only utilize the finest slices in our first quality bacon and the slices that are not of the highest quality go into ends and pieces. These are absolutely wonderful for summer salads, winter soups, omelets, burger toppings, pizzas, ice berg lettuce wedges, or any other application that demands the wonderful flavor of bacon.
