Real Canadian bacon is hard to find, especially cuts as extra lean and moist as ours.
A cut of pork loin, immersed in our infamous maple brine, and smoked over traditional applewood fires, before being sent to your kitchen ready to carve into thick slices for special occasion eggs benedict.
Pork Loin Cured with Water, Cane & Maple Sugars, Maple Syrup, Salt, Dextrose, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrate, Spice Extractives.
The Canadian style bacon is fully cooked. To warm, melt 1 tablespoon butter in a warm skillet and cook bacon on low heat for 3-minutes. Be careful not to overcook.To Keep: Refrigerate immediately after opening. Product is best if used within 7 days or freeze unopened package for up to 1-year.
