Pork cured with water, salt, cane and maple syrup, dextrose, sodium phosphate, vinegar, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, spice extractives, caramel color.
Place unwrapped ham in pre-heated 325 degree oven and heat for approximately 20-25 minutes per pound or until internal temperature of 120 degrees is reached.
