Fully cooked and hand trimmed ot remove the bone and much of the fat this ham is exceptionally lean and flavorful.
Glazed with dextrose, spices, caramel color, oil resin of spices, cured with water, salt, cane & maple sugars, maple syrup, dextrose, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbatem sodium nitrate, spice extractives.
Place unwrapped ham in pre-heated 325 degree oven and heat for approximately 20-25 minutes per pound or until internal temperature of 120 degrees is reached.
