Fully cooked and cured and rubbed in spicy crust featuring cayenne pepper and garlic, this exceptionally flavorful ham portion is the heavily smoked key ingredient in spicy, bayou-worthy gumbos.

Rubbed with spices, paprika, salt, onions, garlic, spice extractives, cared with water, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate.

Place unwrapped ham in pre-heated 325 degree oven and heat for approximately 20-25 minutes per pound or until internal temperature is 120 degrees.
