Our Original Spiral Sliced Bone-In ham is smoked over choice hardwoods to impart a thoughtful balance of tender sweetness and bold smoky flavor. Maple cured, honey glazed, and hand torched, this ham comes fully cooked with an exceptional taste that can only come from smoking in small batches.

Our hams are fully cooked. To warm, cover the unwrapped spiral ham with tinfoil to prevent the ham from drying out, and place in a 325°F oven for approximately 12-minutes per pound. A whole spiral ham will take roughly 3-hours to cook, a half ham roughly 1.5 hours. Take the ham out of the oven when the internal temperature reaches 165 °F and let it rest for several minutes prior to carving.
