Cob Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball

Description
May your bacon be crispy and your cheese balls abundant. This Cob smoked cutie is a hit at holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
- 6 slices North Country Smokehouse Cob Smoked Uncured Bacon, diced
- ¼ C chopped pecans
- ¼ C chopped fresh parsley, divided
- 2, 8 oz. packages of cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ C goat cheese
- 1, 1 oz. package of Ranch Seasoning
- 1 TSP Worcestershire sauce
Cooking Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook until brown & crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate.
- In a small bowl, combine half the bacon, pecans, and 2 TBSP parsley. Set aside.
- Prep your electric mixer with the paddle attachment. In the mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, goat cheese, ranch seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, remaining bacon and parsley on medium-high until well combined and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Shape the mixture into a ball and roll in the prepared bacon-pecan mixture.
- Serve with your favourite hearty crackers or pita chips and enjoy!
