Real Canadian bacon is hard to find, especially cuts as extra lean and moist as ours. Each and every piece is hand trimmed from the center of the pork loin, a succulent portion known for its tenderness. The pork is immersed in our infamous maple syrup brine and smoked over applewood embers.

The Canadian style bacon is fully cooked. To warm, melt 1 tablespoon butter in a warm skillet and cook bacon on low heat for 3-minutes. Be careful not to overcook.
