Cob Smoked Bacon Brie Apricot Bites

 Indulge in something decadently delicious in bite-sized pieces perfect for sharing - or not. Our traditional Cob Smoked Uncured strips, Brie cheese, and apricot preserves creates a delicate blend of all things sweet, savory, and succulent.

Servings: 24 bites

Ingredients:

4 slices North Country Smokehouse Cob Smoked Uncured Bacon, cooked & cut into 24 pieces
1 can crescent dinner rolls
¼ C apricot jam
3 oz Brie cheese, cut into 24 pieces
1 TBSP honey
1 fresh jalapeno, seeded & minced

Method:

1) Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a 24-cup muffin tin.

2) Unroll dough and separate into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle into 3 pieces making 24 small triangles. Place one piece of crescent dough into each muffin cup.

3) Fill each cup with ½ teaspoon of the apricot preserves, a cube of brie cheese, and a piece of bacon. Fold the corners of the dough over the top of the muffin.

4) Bake 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.

5) Transfer to a serving platter, drizzle with honey, and top with minced jalapeno. Serve warm and enjoy!
