We’re proud to share that North Country Smokehouse bacon was recently included in a national bacon taste test conducted by Serious Eats.
In the article, Serious Eats evaluated a wide range of bacon styles and brands, tasting and comparing them side by side to understand how differences in cut, curing, and cooking performance show up on the plate.
North Country Smokehouse bacon was recognized as the Runner-Up for its balanced, smoky flavor and overall performance, standing out in a lineup that included both national and regional producers.
