The meat processor will process meat, which includes, but is not limited to, making, curing, smoking, cutting and slicing meat products based on company specifications. The QA Technician will report directly to the Sr. QA Technician/QA Manager. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct production room inspections to insure all policies and procedures are being followed
- Conduct GMP inspections

- Immediately communicate with QA Manager and QA Analyst anything which can result in unsafe or poor-quality product, and will need to be placed on hold
