The flavor is reminiscent of old-style charcuterie that can only come from slow, deliberate preparation methods perfected to enhance flavor rather than mask it. All of our antibiotic-free pork comes from our very own family-owned farms.

How To Cook
Our hams are fully cooked. To warm, cover the unwrapped spiral ham with tin foil to prevent the ham from drying out, and place in a 325°F oven for approximately 12-minutes per pound. A whole spiral ham will take roughly 3-hours to cook, a half ham roughly 1.5 hours. Take the ham out of the oven when the internal temperature reaches 165 °F and let it rest for several minutes prior to carving.
