Airfryer Andouille Bayou Balls

Description
Craving Cajun flair? These Bayou Balls are cooked to crispy to perfection in the air fryer in a few, short minutes. Our fully cooked, spiced Andouille sausage was made for this moment.
Ingredients
- Sausage Mixture:
12oz North Country Smokehouse Andouille Sausage, diced - ¼ C milk
- 1 TSP seasoned salt
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 C Bisquick baking mix
- Sauce:
½ C mayonnaise - 1 ½ C sour cream
- 1 TBSP cajun seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 TSP lemon juice
- 1 TSP hot sauce
Cooking Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Mix well and set aside in refrigerator.
- Combine diced sausage, shredded cheese, Bisquick, seasoned salt, and milk to the bowl.
- Spray the airfryer basket with olive oil spray.
- Using a 1 TBSP scoop, form sausage mixture into balls. Roll them gently to round them out before placing into prepared airfryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes at 350F.
