Ingredients
- 2.5 oz North Country Smokehouse Organic Bacon Crumbles
- 3 C fresh broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 C cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ C parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- ½ TSP garlic powder
- ½ TSP onion powder
- ¼ TSP salt
- ¼ TSP black pepper Cooking spray or oil for baking
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add chopped broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked broccoli, cheeses, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and bacon crumbles. Mix well until ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Scoop out about 1 TBSP of the mixture and roll it into a ball and place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining mixture. Lightly brush the balls with oil.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
