Bacon Spinach Artichoke Bread

Ingredients
- 8oz North Country Smokehouse Organic Sugar Free Applewood Smoked Uncured Bacon, cooked and roughly chopped,
- 1 loaf refrigerated pizza dough,
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese,
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese,
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped,
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped,
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened,
- 1/4 cup sour cream,
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise,
- 2 cloves garlic, minced,
- 1 tsp dried oregano,
- 1/2 tsp salt,
- 1/4 tsp black pepper,
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in the bacon, mozzarella, parmesan, spinach, and chopped artichoke hearts. Set aside.
- Roll out refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Line the bottom and sides of the pan with dough, leaving enough hanging over the edge to pinch close later.
- Spread artichoke mixture evenly into the dough lined pan. Fold the extra dough over the top of the mixture and pinch close.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
