Description
Skip the lunch line. We recreated the Starbucks Bistro Box turkey sandwich so you can make at home for easy grab & go. Made with a tangy cream cheese spread, our organic oven roasted deli turkey, sweet peppers, and Swiss.
Ingredients
- Tangy Cream Cheese Spread
- ½ C whipped cream chees
- ½ C TBSP horseradish
- ¼ TSP sugar
- ½ TSP white vinegar
- 1 green onion, minced
- 1/8 TSP salt
- 1/8 TSP ground black pepper
- Sandwich:
- 1 package of wheat flatbread
- 6 oz. Swiss cheese
- ½ C diced pickled sweet cherry peppers
- Green leaf lettuce
- ¼ lb North Country Smokehouse Organic Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- 2 C baby carrots
- 2 apples, sliced
Cooking Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, horseradish, sugar, vinegar, green onion, salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cut flat bread into twenty 2in x 2in squares. Spread cream cheese mixture on 8 squares.
- Make the sandwiches using one cream cheese square topped with Swiss, cheese, lettuce, turkey and diced peppers. Then top with flatbread square.
- Add 5 sandwiches to each box. Place 1 cup carrots and apples in each box. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
