Ever popular among Paleo, Keto, and Whole 30 lifestyles, sugar-free meat is a go-to for foodies with dietary restrictions. Creating a new sugar-free smoked sausage seemed like a no-brainer but creating a zero-sugar sausage with the same signature, smoky flavor we are known for – now that was a challenge worth exploring.

Our all-new, sugar-free applewood smoked sausage is uncured, certified humane, sugar-free, and oh - so smoky. We began by using lean, coarsely ground pork, then added bold notes of caraway, coriander, ginger, and mace before packing the ropes in a natural casing. This handcrafted creation is truly artisanal, with a meaty flavor and hearty texture.
