SHIPPING POLICY
TRANSIT
*** PLEASE NOTE: Due to warmer-than-average summer temperatures, orders will ship Monday – Wednesday through August to avoid lengthy transit time and potential spoilage.
Generally, orders are shipped via Fedex Monday – Thursday, excluding major holidays. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for order processing and delivery.

Order confirmations and delivery tracking details will be sent to the email specified. North Country Smokehouse is not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery.
We ship within the continental U.S. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
SUBSTITUTIONS
On the rare occasion products are out-of-stock, we will substitute the items for products of equal or greater value.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be changed or cancelled on the same day the order is placed. Changes and cancellations will not be accepted thereafter.

PACKING MATERIALS
Your order is packed frozen in a cardboard box with insulated liner. Gel ice packs and brown paper are included.
SHIPPING COSTS
All items ship free nationwide. Bundles and gifted items will be shipped in individual boxes. Check your order confirmation email for # of boxes being delivered.
A $15.00 upcharge per bundle will be applied to overnight shipping. Overnight shipping is available by special request only.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
