This sausage is spiced just right, with the sweet heat jalapenos are known for. We blend chunks of Vermont-made cheddar cheese, custom-crafted for our kitchen, to create creamy pockets filled with flavor. Use this sausage to give dimension to soups & stews, or turn up the heat in traditional Southwestern recipes.

Natural Pork, uncured bacon (natural pork, water, sea salt, turbinado sugar, cultured celery powder (cultured celery powder, sea salt), maple syrup), water, cheese (pasteurized milk culture, microbial coagulant, salt), jalapeno pepper, seasoning (brown sugar, spices, onion powder), sea salt, vinegar, cultured celery powder (celery powder, sea salt). Our smoked sausages are fully cooked, simply heat & serve. You can grill them, turning occasionally for 7-14 minutes. Steam them by placing them in a steamer for approximately 15 minutes. Broil them by placing them under a preheated broiler for 12-minutes turning them once to warm them through, or pan fry them by placing them in a pan with vegetable oil for approximately 12-minutes, turning occasionally. To Keep: Refrigerate immediately after opening. Product is best if used within 7 days of opening and unopened packs will keep for 21-days in the refrigerator or up to 1-year frozen.
