Airfryer Andouille Bayou Balls

Craving Cajun flair? These Bayou Balls are cooked to crispy to perfection in the air fryer in a few, short minutes. Our fully cooked, spiced Andouille sausage was made for this moment.

Ingredients:

Sausage Mixture
12oz North Country Smokehouse Andouille Sausage, diced
¼ C milk
1 TSP seasoned salt
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 C Bisquick baking mix

Sauce
½ C mayonnaise
1 ½ C sour cream
1 TBSP cajun seasoning
1 clove garlic, grated
1 TSP lemon juice
1 TSP hot sauce

Method:

1) In a medium bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Mix well and set aside in refrigerator.

2) Combine diced sausage, shredded cheese, Bisquick, seasoned salt, and milk to the bowl.

3) Spray the airfryer basket with olive oil spray.

4) Using a 1 TBSP scoop, form sausage mixture into balls. Roll them gently to round them out before placing into prepared airfryer basket.

5) Cook for 10 minutes at 350F.
