Ingredients:
Tangy Cream Cheese Spread
½ C whipped cream cheese
½ C TBSP horseradish
¼ TSP sugar
½ TSP white vinegar
1 green onion, minced
1/8 TSP salt
1/8 TSP ground black pepper
Sandwich
1 package of wheat flatbread
6 oz. Swiss cheese
½ C diced pickled sweet cherry peppers
Green leaf lettuce
¼ lb North Country Smokehouse Organic Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
2 C baby carrots
2 apples, sliced
Method:
1) In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, horseradish, sugar, vinegar, green onion, salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2) Cut flat bread into twenty 2in x 2in squares. Spread cream cheese mixture on 8 squares.
3) Make the sandwiches using one cream cheese square topped with Swiss, cheese, lettuce, turkey and diced peppers. Then top with flatbread square.
4) Add 5 sandwiches to each box. Place 1 cup carrots and apples in each box. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
