Ingredients:
1 pack North Country Smokehouse Uncured Vermont Cheddar Sausage, diced & browned
18 oz. cream cheese, softened
¼ C sour cream
1 ½ TBSP Dijon mustard
1 TSP garlic powder
1 C amber beer
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
¼ C whipping cream
1 green onion, thinly sliced
Soft pretzels
Method:
1) In a greased 3-qt. slow cooker, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mustard, and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in beer, cheddar cheese, and sausage. Cook covered on low, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 hours or until heated through.
2) In the last 30 minutes, stir in the heavy cream. Garnish with green onion.
3) Serve with soft pretzels and your favorite beverage.
